I was invited by Todavia Publising to participate in the “Live your bookstore" Project, which pays tribute to street bookstores in Brazil.
I illustrated the Nossa Cidade Bookstore, which opened its doors in December 2021, at Joaquim Távora st., 731, in the charming Mariana Village. Named after the play "Our town", by Thornton Wilder, what you feel there is belonging: "someone who calls something their own, takes care of it, creates positive bonds", says André Latorre, owner and handyman in the space.
